21世纪被称为“脑的世纪”，观察大脑是如何完成其各项任务的神经影像学研究显著增加，其中不乏对语言脑机制的研究。本文我们回顾了过去几十年神经影像学对语言产生和理解的脑研究。这些研究表明，大脑各部位负责完成包括语言处理在内的不同认知任务，如布罗卡区和韦尼克区，初级听觉和视觉皮层区，左半球额叶、颞叶区域，及右半球同源区域等。本文对这些研究结果进行简单总结。
21st century is known as the “century of the brain”, neuroimaging studies about how the brain completes the various tasks are significantly increased. In this paper, we reviewed brain research about the neuroimaging of language production and language comprehension over the several decades. These studies indicate that various parts of the brain are responsible for completing various cognitive tasks including language processing, such as Broca’s area and Wernicke’s area, primary auditory and visual cortexs, the left hemisphere frontal and temporal lobe regions, and the homologous regions of the right hemisphere, etc. In the paper, the results of these studies are briefly summarizes.
