    摘要: 在测量船坞内标校过程中,对雷达的轴角编码器进行检测发现存在精度不满足指标要求的情况。针对这一问题,从理论上详细分析了轴角编码误差来源,分析了当前轴角编码精度检测方法上的局限性,并有针对性地提出了有效的误差补偿及新的检测方法。实验结果证明该误差补偿方法可将轴角编码误差从最高23”减少到5”以内,新的检测方法能够准确地检测出轴角编码精度,为做好雷达轴角编码精度检测工作提供参考。 During the calibration of surveillance ship in the shipyard, the detected accuracy of shaft encoder turned out which can’t meet the index needs. Aimed at this problem, the error sources of shaft encoder were theoretically analyzed in detail, and the limitations of the method of the shaft encoder detection accuracy were also analyzed. At the same time, the effective error compensation method and detection method were proposed. Experimental results indicated that the angle error of shaft encoder can be reduced from 23" to less than 5" by using error compensation method, and its precision can be detected accurately with the new detection method, which proves to be valuable and effective for radars’ shaft encoder detection.
