    摘要: 于2008年8~9月对渤海海域进行了调查,采集了28个站位的表、底层海水样品及部分站位的中层水样,对溶解氧化亚氮(N2O)浓度及海气交换通量进行了研究。结果表明:夏季渤海表层海水溶解N2O浓度范围为7.14~8.32 nmol/L,平均浓度为(7.56 ± 0.33) nmol/L。底层浓度范围为7.22~10.98 nmol/L,平均浓度为(8.14 ± 0.89) nmol/L。其水平分布有较大空间变化,受到陆源输入、沉积物释放和水温的影响。表层海水中N2O的浓度和饱和度均低于底层。利用LM86和W92模型初步估算出夏季渤海溶解N2O的海–气交换通量分别为(0.7 ± 0.2)和(1.9 ± 0.7) μmol∙m−2∙d−1。渤海海域表、底层海水中N2O呈过饱和状态,是大气中N2O的净源。Nitrous oxide (N2O) in the surface and bottom waters of the Bohai Sea was measured during a survey from 26 August to 11 September of 2008. N2O concentrations in the surface and bottom waters were 7.14 - 8.32 nmol/L with a mean of (7.56 ± 0.33) nmol/L, and 7.22 - 10.98 nmol/L with a mean of (8.14 ± 0.89) nmol/L, respectively. Horizontal distribution of N2O showed great spatial variation and was influenced by land source input, sediment release and water temperature. N2O concentrations and saturations in the bottom waters are usually higher than those in the surface. The estimated air-sea N2O fluxes using the Liss and Merlivat (1986) and Wanninkhof (1992) for-mula were (0.7 ± 0.2) and (1.9 ± 0.7) μmol∙m−2∙d−1, respectively; hence the Bohai Sea is a net source of atmospheric N2O.
