    摘要: 领导者是企业文化的主要来源。本文基于潍柴动力的公开资料、访谈及问卷调查进行了案例研究,构建了领导者培育企业文化的机制模型。模型表明,在企业生产经营与管理实践的推动下,领导者的倡导往往成为企业新文化的发端;企业领导者主导管理团队建设,形成管理团队文化;包括领导者在内的管理团队运用有效的方式方法对新文化进行导入和深植,最终形成广大员工认知、认同并内化的企业文化。 Leaders are the main sources of corporate culture. This paper is a case study based on the disclosed documents, interviews and question survey of WEICHAI Power Co., Ltd. We construct a mechanism model of how leaders cultivate corporate culture. The research results are following: Firstly, leaders put forward some new corporate culture elements based on the practice of company’s operation; then, leaders try to foster management team culture by constructing the management team to which the new corporate culture elements can spread. Finally, management team including leaders introduces and deeply embeds the new corporate culture elements to employees through valid methods, formulating the corporate culture which is cognitive, identified and internalized by the employees at last.
