    摘要: 社会化媒体对公共外交活动是一次技术性的革命,社会化媒体凭借自身的优势为公共外交提供海量的用户数据,一国可以对其他国家的外交观念与态度实时监测,同时为本国外交活动发展提供支持。但是目前利用社会化媒体开展公共外交还未在大部分国家普及。把握社会化媒体的传播特点,认清社会化媒体对公共外交活动带来的变革将是一国实施社会化媒体公共外交的关键与开端。 Social media is a technical revolution in public diplomacy activities. Social media can provide vast numbers of user data for public diplomacy with its own advantages. One country can track in real time the diplomatic ideas and attitudes of other countries, and at the same time it can provide support for its own diplomatic activity development. However, taking use of social media in public diplomacy has not been popularized in most countries at present. How to grasp the propagation characteristics of social media and recognize the change of public diplomacy activities will be a beginning and a key of public diplomacy activities in social media.
