摘要: 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)是一种小DNA病毒，共价闭合环状DNA (cccDNA)是HBV的原始复制模板，对乙肝病毒的复制及感染状态的建立具有重要意义。本文旨在对近年来有关cccDNA的形成、常用检测方法、抗病毒药物对其的影响等方面的进展作一综述报道。 The hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a kind of small DNA virus. The original template of covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) HBV is very important for the replication of the hepatitis B virus and the establishment of infection status. The progress of the formation of cccDNA, the methods of detection and the impact of antiviral drugs were reviewed in this paper.
