    摘要: 本论文发展一智能物流服务系统,整合BLE4.0低耗能无线温度感测模块与手机行动物流管理APP,搭配云端智慧物联网管理平台,用以解决大量的智能物流箱导入温度数据时的追踪与管理问题,提升冷链运输中智慧物流箱的储运配送过程之数据撷取效能。同时依据实际物流作业过程,重新设计作业服务流程,使物流士可透过智慧手机连接物流箱上所嵌入之无线感测模块进行温度与位置的监控。另外,智能物流箱所感测及收集到的温度数据及位置定位信息可上传至云端管理平台做储存,提供使用者全程及整体性的信息查询服务。 This paper proposes a smart logistics service solution which integrates BLE4.0 low-power wireless temperature sensing module into the innovative mobile logistics management APP. With the cloud-based smart IOT management platform, the large volume of real-time temperature and location data captured from the smart containers can be effectively stored, tracked, and managed. In order to introduce the new technologies into the logistics operations, the existing service flow is modified with careful observation of the actual business flows to optimize the service efficiency. With the innovative logistics APP, operators can not only use the smart phone to scan and check in/out the containers, but also monitor the temperature and location of the containers through the wireless sensing module. All the information transferred to the cloud management platform via the blue-tooth and wireless communication can be tracked and monitored in the platform so as to provide an overall and integrated information services to the business users
