以酿酒葡萄品种黑比诺(Heibinnuo)优良营养系777和黑比诺292两个营养系为实验对比材料,在微繁过程中,消毒、初代和继代培养、光培炼苗、育苗盘炼苗、温室营养钵炼苗阶段,对消毒剂耐药性、初代和继代培养的成苗率、月增殖倍数,以及光培炼苗、育苗盘炼苗和移栽成活率对比有一定差异,黑比诺777耐药性、初代和继代培养的成苗率、月增殖倍数以及光培炼苗、育苗盘炼苗和移栽成活率都略高于黑比诺(Heibinnuo) 292,呈现着一定差异,但远小于品种间差异。
Two excellent vegetatively micro-propagated lines 777 and 292 of wine grape cultivar “Pinot Noir” were used as comparison materials in this experiment. The result indicate that there are certain differences between the two lines in the tolerance of sterilization, seedling rate of first and later generations, the monthly proliferation multiple and the survival rates of transplanting of acclimatization in nutrition pots and under light during the micropropagation process with those indexes for line 777 higher than line 292. However, the differences are far less than among various cultivars.
