目的：探讨在危重症患者中应用预防失禁相关性皮炎护理流程的效果。方法：选取我院ICU收治的失禁患者68例作为研究对象，按照护理模式划分为对照组和观察组，各34例，对照组护理模式为常规护理，观察组应用预防失禁相关性皮炎护理流程，对比两组护理效果。结果：对照组IAD发生率为23.5%，明显高于观察组5.9%；对照组严重程度评分为(39.3 ± 4.7)分，明显高于观察组(14.2 ± 2.5)分，对比差异明显(P
Objective: To explore the effect of applying the nursing process in neurology ICU patients to pre-vent the incontinence-associated dermatitis. Methods: 68 cases of incontinence patients who ad-mitted in our hospital ICU were selected as the research object. According to the nursing mode, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. Each group had 34 cases. The nursing mode of the control group is routine nursing care. The observation group used the nursing process to prevent the incontinence-associated dermatitis. Nursing effects of two groups were compared.
