    摘要: 目的:通过我院护理三级管理体系对新任临床护士长所采取的培养方式,使普通临床护士快速成长为具有一定领导能力的病房管理者。方法:通过采用护理部、科护士长及护士长三级管理体系进行针对性培养。结果:新任护士长对于这种管理体系所采取的方式非常的接受、所管理的团队获得了医、护、患三方的一致的认可并在科研水平上得到了极大的提升。结论:在护士长岗位的成长过程中,北京大学人民医院护理三级管理体系给了新任临床护士长充分的学习交流及自由发挥空间,锻炼和提高护士长的质量管理、组织协调及沟通的能力,实现了从普通临床护士快速成长为具有一定领导能力及具备科研意识的病房管理者的培养过程。 Objective: Through the training mode of the three levels management system in nursing in our hospital taken to new clinical head nurses, the common clinical nurses rapidly grow into the ward managers who have some leadership abilities. Methods: New clinical head nurses are trained specifically through the three levels management system of the nursing department, the head nurse of the department and the head nurse. Results: The training way of this management system is very accepted by the new head nurses. The management team is unanimously approved by doctors, nurses, and patients and the scientific research level is greatly improved. Conclusion: In the growth process of the head nurse positions, the three levels management system of Peking University People’s Hospital gives new clinical head nurses adequate space to learn, communicate and develop freely, exercises and improves the head nurse’s abilities of quality management, organization and coordination and communication and achieves the training process that a common clinical nurse rapidly grows to the ward manager who has a certain leadership ability and the consciousness of the scientific research.
