    摘要: 通过对罗汉坪水库2001~2003年共11场次洪水及其相应降雨数据的分析计算,找出不同前期降雨量、降雨强度、降雨总量对雨洪系数的影响,建立了4条降雨量–径流深关系曲线,并进行曲线的合理性分析,拟定雨洪系数,最终构建不同条件下雨洪系数关系曲线,用于短期洪水预报,特别是用于中小型水库在已知暴雨的情况下预报未来库水位值,解决水库的防洪安全与水库蓄水的尖锐矛盾,具有很好的实用价值。 In order to improve the calculation accuracy of flood in water conservancy and hydropower projects, especially in the case of a known rainstorm magnitude, the results are used to solve the flood water level forecast of small and medium-size reservoirs. A case study of Luohanping reservoir is conducted in this paper with a stormwater coefficient analysis. Based on the study of precipitation and runoff depth curve, effects of rainfall and precipitation intensity on rainstorm flood coefficient in different prior periods are investigated. Under the condition of same precipitation magnitude, the more rainfall and stronger inten-sity in the earlier period, the larger rainstorm flood coefficient is; otherwise smaller. It is of great practical value in using this analysis method to address problems that small and medium-size reservoirs are confronted with in predicting future reservoir water level under the condition of a known rainfall, and dealing with the intense contradiction between flood prevention and reservoir storage, which is worth-while to promote its application in forecasting water level of small and medium-size reservoirs.
