    摘要: 《薪酬管理》是人力资源管理专业的核心专业主干课程,专业技术性与系统性较强。对于成人高等教育而言,《薪酬管理》课程体系建设应从其特征出发,以提高能力为主导,强化学生的专业能力提升。故此,应将薪酬管理实践引入课程教学性,强化“知行合一”。进一步结合成人认知心理与课程定位,将课程结构划分为基础知识与理论、薪酬管理体系与设计、薪酬日常管理发展趋势三块内容。 "Compensation Management” is the core and professional technical and systematic course of the human resources management professional. For the adult higher education, the “compensation management” curriculum system construction should be based on the characteristics of the higher education, mainly improve the ability and strengthen the students’ professional ability. Therefore, the practice of the compensation management should be introduced into the teaching. “Unity of knowledge and practice” should be strengthened. Further combined with adult cognitive psychology and curriculum orientation, the curriculum structure should be divided into three parts: basic knowledge and theory, salary management system and design, and pay daily management development trend.
