摘要: 目的：探讨IgE，单胺氧化酶(MAO)在变应性皮肤血管炎中的作用。方法：选择确诊的变应性皮肤血管炎患者100例及其100例正常人，分别采用直接化学发光法检测其血清总IgE，采用连续监测法测定单胺氧化酶并进行比较。结果：变应性皮肤血管炎患者血清总IgE含量高于健康对照组(P Objective: To study the role of serum IgE and Monoamine oxidase (MAO) in Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis. Methods: 100 cases of Allergic Cutaneous Vasculitis patients and 100 healthy controls were selected in the investigation. The total serum IgE were measured by Direct chemilumines-cence method.
