    摘要: 酒精性肝病(Alcoholic liver disease, ALD)是因长期、大量饮用各种含酒精的饮料所致的肝脏损害性病变,活性氧和自由基在酒精性肝损伤的发病过程中发挥了重要的作用。多糖广泛存在于动物、植物和微生物体内,某些天然产物中的多糖具有显著的抗氧化性,抗氧化剂能通过一系列化学反应减少活性氧的形成或者增强机体的抗氧化防御水平,从而保护机体免受氧化应激损伤,对活性氧自由基具有较好的清除作用。本文就有关多糖对小鼠酒精性肝损伤保护作用研究进展进行简要概述。 Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is a kind of liver lesions caused by a long-term, a large number of drinking Alcoholic beverages, active oxygen and free radicals play an important role in the process of Alcoholic liver injury. Polysaccharides widely exist in animals, plants and microorganisms, some polysaccharide of natural products provide with antoxidation markedly, antioxidants are able to reduce the formation of reactive oxygen species through a series of chemical reactions or enhance the levels of body’s antioxidant, protecting the body from oxidative stress and scavenging the free oxygen radicals effectively. This review will make a brief introduction on protective effects of polysaccharide on alcoholic liver injury in mice.
