Objective: To observe the treatment effect of Gaussian perceptual learning stimulation on elder amblyopic patients. Methods: Gaussian perceptual learning gratings with different spatial fre-quency were displayed on the computer’s monitor, the effect of 12 elder amblyopic patients was observed after three months.
