    摘要: 急诊门诊是医院的特殊服务窗口,护理人员需应用所有临床专科的急症护理,结合自身较高的专业素质,处理急危重症患者和灾难事故等不确定事件。急诊门诊护理工作存在效率低下的问题。本文通过对我国急诊门诊护士的人力资源现状的研究,综述和分析了我国急诊门诊护理人力资源的现状,寻找人力资源配置存在的问题,并对护理人力资源配置提出了建议和对策。合理的护理人力资源配置将有助于改善急诊门诊忙乱低效的现状,为未来人力资源部门对急诊门诊的护士资源配置提供科学的依据及方案。 Emergency clinic is the special service window in a hospital. Nurses in emergency clinic need to give all clinical special care and deal with uncertain events such as disaster or accident casualties. The problem of low efficiency exists in nursing work in emergency clinic. This article researches, reviews and analyzes the present situation of emergency outpatient nurses human resources in our country, looking for human resource allocation problems, and puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures on nursing human resource allocation. Reasonable nursing human resource allocation will help improve emergency outpatient fuss about the present situation of the inefficient, human resource department of emergency outpatient nurses for the future allocation of resources to provide scientific basis and scheme.
