    摘要: 以576名大学生为被试,采用领悟社会支持量表、职业价值观量表和职业决策困难量表,探讨职业价值观在领悟社会支持与职业决策困难之间的中介作用。结果表明:1) 一年级大学生的职业决策困难要显著低于三年级和四年级大学生;2) 大学生的领悟社会支持与职业决策困难存在显著正相关(职业决策困难得分越高其职业决策困难水平越低);3) 大学生职业价值观的声望地位、保健和发展维度与领悟社会支持、职业决策困难均存在显著正相关;4) 大学生职业价值观的声望地位维度和发展维度在领悟社会支持与职业决策困难之间起部分中介作用。 The study examined the mediating role of work values in the relationship between perceived social support and career decision-making difficulty among college students. A sample of 567 un-dergraduate students completed the following questionnaires: The Perceived Social Support Scale, Work Values Scale and Career Decision-Making Difficulty Scale. The results showed that: 1) Junior and senior students’ career decision-making difficulty was significantly higher than that of fresh-men; 2) Perceived social support was significantly and positively correlated with career decision- making difficulty (the higher scores of career decision-making difficulty, the lower level of career decision-making difficulty); 3) The scores of prestige status and development subscale of work values were significantly positively correlated with perceived social support and career decision- making difficulty; 4) Prestige status and development subscale of work values could partly mediate the relationship between the perceived social support and career decision-making difficulty.
