目的：刘氏“退热三法”治疗小儿外感发热的疗效观察及退热的作用机理探讨。方法：将60例外感发热患儿随机分为酒精擦浴对照组30例和刘氏推拿治疗组30例，分别观测两组患儿经治疗后于24 h、48 h、72 h后复测体温各1次，观察体温下降情况、不良反应以及其他临床症状的改善情况。结果：刘氏退热三法治疗组有效率达93.3%，酒精擦浴对照组治疗后有效率达80%，明显优于酒精擦浴对照组。结论：推拿治疗有较好的退热作用并且能有效改善其他症状，增强患儿免疫力。
Objective: To explore antifebrile therapeutic effect and mechanism of Liu "three antifebrile me-thods" massage on children patient of exogenous heat syndrome (wind-heat type). Methods: Ac-cording to the standards of the research, we chose 60 children patients of exogenous heat syndrome and randomly divided them into two groups. The control group was treated by alcohol sponge bath therapy (n = 30) and the treatment group was treated by Liu tuina therapy (n = 30). We recorded the temperature of 24 h after treatment, 48 h after treatment and 72 h after treatment and compared the temperature drop, adverse effects and other clinical symptoms improvement after treatment 24 h, 48 h and 72 h.
