为了实现节能目的，通常在动力设备中加入变频调速环节，但是带来了谐波损耗的问题，通过公式推导得到损耗率与负载率的关系，并计算出最小损耗率时的负载率，得出此时动力设备用电总功率，设计了数字PID控制器，研究了节电优化的反馈算法，并设计开发了软件流程，最后实现了变频器投切算法。To achieve the purpose of energy conservation, frequency conversion velocity regulators are usually added in power devices. However, the harmonic losses are also caused by those regulators. The relationship between the loss rate and the load rate is derived from the formula. Calculate the load rate when the loss rate is the smallest, and then get the total power consumption of the power equipment. Design the digital PID controller and research the feedback algo- rithms of the power-saving optimization, the inverter switching algorithm can be finally achieved through the designing and developing of the software process.
