    摘要: 目的:研究大学生的情绪调节在感恩和疏离感之间的中介作用。方法:随机选取416名大学生,采用中文版情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES)、大学生疏离感量表(Sense of Alienation in College Students Scale)、感恩问卷(Gratitude Qustionnaire-6)进行调查。结果:回归分析显示情绪调节自我效能感和感恩对疏离感有负向预测作用,控制了情绪调节自我效能感后,感恩对疏离感的负向预测作用依然有统计学意义(β值从−0.29减少到−0.13,P Objective: To investigate the mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy on relationship between gratitude and alienation among college students. Methods: Totally 416 college students were selected randomly. And they were respectively surveyed with the Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale (RES), the Sense of Alienation in College Students Scale, and the Gratitude Qus-tionnaire-6. Results: Regression analysis indicated negative predictability of gratitude and regu-latory emotional self-efficacy to alienation.
