“京津冀一体化”的提法在政策上由来已久，最早可追溯到1982年的《北京城市建设总体规划方案》，该方案明确提出要建设双重“首都圈”的设想。2014年2月26日，习近平总书记在听取京津冀协同发展工作汇报时又强调了京津冀协同发展的重要性。如今两年过去，本文在两年前原有文献的基础上，加入新增文献，梳理了有关京津冀市场一体化的研究。根据这些研究，可以发现随着时间的发展，京津冀内部以及之间的商品市场和要素市场的一体化都在不断完善。但在京津冀内部的不同地区，同一市场的一体化进程是不均匀的；而且在相同的地域范围内各行业、各要素种类的市场一体化进程也是不均匀的。
The concept of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has existed for a long time, dating back to 1982, when it was first proposed in The Overall Plan of Beijing Urban Construction. And this plan clearly mentioned to build a double “metropolitan area”. At February 26, 2014, President Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of the collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei while listening to the report of the collaborative development. Now it has been two years since he stressed this point, and this paper reviewed original literature before his speech, along with literature emerging after that. Based on this review, it is clear that as time passed by, the integration of commodity market and factor market in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was improving gradually. But Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei’s involvements in the integration of the same market were unbalanced. Also, in the same area the integration processes of different industries and different factors were not uniform either.
