注重素质教育，注重能力培养，注意个性发展是现代化事业建设的需要，是高校素质教育的根本要求，也是高教改革的必然趋势。本文分析了大商科培养模式下国内外大学生个性发展培养模式的现状，探索了大学生个性发展培养模式的途径，搭建了大学生个性发展培养模式的平台，认为应该将大学生个性发展教育列入高校教育与管理的目标体系。
Paying attention to the quality education, ability training and personality development of univer-sity students is not only the need of modernization construction, but also the basic requirement of the quality education of universities, as well as the inevitable trend of higher education reform. This paper analyzes the status of domestic and international students’ personality development training mode under the big business cultivation mode, discusses the students' personality cultivation mode and builds the development platform of university students’ personality. The author argues that we should pay more attention to listing the students’ personality development in higher education management and target system.
