本文主要从贵州省利用外商直接投资的绩效：经济增长效应、贸易带动效应、产业优化效应等几个方面进行分析，认为外商直接投资对贵州经济产生积极影响，对进出口贸易具有一定的拉动作用，能够推动产业结构调整和优化。虽然技术溢出效应有限，但外商直接投资为贵州带来了先进的技术和管理经验。贵州省需要改善投资环境，增强引资能力，促进产业结构调整，强化技术溢出，提升贵州技术水平。
This paper mainly analyzes the performance of foreign direct investment in Guizhou province, such as economic growth effect, trade guiding effect, industry optimization effect and so on. The article thinks that the foreign direct investment has a positive impact on the economy of Guizhou, and has a certain stimulating effect on the import and export trade, and can promote the adjust-ment and optimization of industrial structure. Although the province’s technology spillover effect is limited, the foreign direct investment has brought advanced technology and management experience in Guizhou. Guizhou province needs to improve the investment environment, enhance the ability to attract investment, promote industrial restructuring, strengthen technological spillover, and enhance the level of technology in Guizhou.
