    摘要: 目的:为了解豫北地区入学新生的精神卫生知识知晓率水平。方法:采用随机抽样的方法选取大一新生作为被试。结果:大一新生的心理卫生知识平均正确率56.95%,知晓率为63.8%。获得心理卫生知识的主要途径是学校教育,比例为64.4%。93.6%的学生都受到人际关系的困扰,其中同学之间人际关系的困扰最多,占48.9%。发生心理问题时仅有10.1%的学生向心理卫生机构寻求帮助,27.1%的学生能辨别抑郁症。结论:建议进一步深化入学新生心理卫生知识的宣传和教育,指导学生正确的认识心理异常症状,逐步提高学生的心理卫生知识水平。 Objective: To understand the awareness rate of knowledge about mental health among freshmen of a university in Northern Henan. Methods: The freshmen who took part in the test was selected through random sampling. Results: The average correct rate was 56.95%. The average awareness rate of mental health of the fresh students was 63.8%. The main path of gaining mental health knowledge was schooling (64.4%). 93.6% students had problems of interpersonal relationship, of which the relationship among classmates was the biggest (48.9%). Only 10.1% students would turn to mental health agency for help when the mental problems occurred. 27.1% students could discriminate the depressive disorder. Conclusion: To improve the psychology quality of mental health knowledge, schooling should strength the education of mental health of freshmen, leading students to build a right understanding of the mental disorder.
