    摘要: 本文从词汇和语法两个层面入手,探析了转喻意义的认知识解。结果表明,词汇层面的转喻识解通过凸显邻近概念或凸显邻近辖域实现,而语法层面则主要由同一辖域中不同概念的凸显实现。转喻意义的识解依赖于交际者的认知语境和实际的情景语境,其表达形式的选择取决于说话者的交际意图。 This paper explores the construal of metonymic meanings from the lexical and grammatical aspects. It shows that the construal of lexical metonymies is realized by profiling either proximal concepts or proximal scopes. On the other hand, in the grammatical level, the construal of metonymic meanings is achieved by different profiles in the same base. All the above construals rely on both cognitive contexts and the context of situation. The choices of metonymic forms root in the speaker’s communicative intentions.
