    摘要: 胃癌在全球范围内发病率和死亡率均较高,严重地影响人类健康,其治疗效果和预后是临床普遍关注的问题。而且术后的辅助化疗已经成为进展期胃癌综合治疗的重要组成部分。随着对肿瘤分子生物学和化疗分子机制的了解,发现胃癌的发生与发展是多种基因表达紊乱积累的结果。结果表明:通过分子生物学方法对患者的基因进行检测,研究影响胃癌预后的相关因素,对改善胃癌患者的预后,提高生存率具有重要的意义。 Morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer worldwide are high, seriously affecting human health. The treatment effect and prognosis are the clinical common concern. And postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy has become an important part of combination therapy for advanced gastric cancer. With the understanding of tumor molecular biology and molecular mechanism of chemotherapy, it is found that the occurrence and development of gastric cancer are the results of a variety of gene expression disorder accumulation. Results show that by means of molecular biology in patients with genetic testing, studying the related factors influencing the prognosis of gastric cancer has important significance to improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer and improve the survival rate.
