胺作为一类非常有效的药物官能团，存在于大多数药物结构之上。本文总结现有胺的合成的主要方法，以及探索寻找新的胺的合成方法。
Amines, as a class of very effective drug functional groups, exist on most pharmaceutical struc-tures. In this paper, we summarize the main methods for the synthesis of existing amines, and explore the methods for the synthesis of novel amines.
