在2015~2016期间,通过姜黄(Curcuma longa L.)自花授粉的种子培育实生苗,在中国科学院(CAS)西双版纳热带植物园(XTBG),对姜黄的自交后代的表型特征进行了系统观察。观察发现,在姜黄自交后代中出现了5种不同的特异基因型,他们彼此之间表型差异比较明显。根据叶片形状的差异,可分为箭叶型、船叶型、竹叶型、柳叶型、船桨叶型。本项成果可为高精油和高产姜黄品种的培育提供优良种质资源。
During the 2015-2016 period, by means of cultivating seedling using the seeds of self-pollination of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), in Xishuangbanna tropical botanical Garden (XTBG) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the phenotypic characteristics of the self-progenies of the turmeric had been systematically observed. Observation shows that in turmeric progenies, five kinds of idiotypes appeared. They can be divided into arrow-shaped leaf, boat-shaped leaf, bamboo-leafed, willow-shaped leaf, oar-shaped leaf in accordance with differences of leaf shape. The results can provide excellent germplasm resources for high oil varieties of turmeric cultivation.
