目的：观察视网膜光凝联合玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择自2015年9月至2016年7月就诊于我院眼科的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者，共17人25只眼，每月1次在手术室内进行玻璃体腔注射康柏西普，共2~3次。首次注药1周后，开始门诊分期完成全视网膜光凝术。随访患者治疗前、联合治疗后第1周、第1个月，第3个月时的最佳矫正视力、黄斑区视网膜厚度和黄斑区体积的改变，进行统计学分析，观察疗效。结果：患者黄斑区总体积及视网膜平均厚度、中心厚度在术后1月、3月时较术前有不同程度下降，差异均有统计学意义(P
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of retinal photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept. Methods: 25 eyes (17 patients) with diabetic retinopathy who were treated by our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were treated with intravitreal in-jection of Conbercept once a month, a total of 2 - 3 times. One week after the first injection, panretinal photocoagulation was performed in outpatient staging. The best corrected visual acuity, macular retinal thickness and macular volume were observed before and the first week, the first month and the third month after laser treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed by statistical analysis.
