本文对芦荟近年于药理学上的研究进行综述。内容包括；神经系统作用、创伤及愈合作用、抗菌作用、润湿护肤作用、毒副作用、免疫作用、肠道传输作用、抗癌作用、抗氧化作用、抗糖尿病作用、保肝作用、消脂减肥作用及抗辐射作用。为近年新发现的有效成分提供药理学印证，并为进一步开发及利用提供依据。
This paper discusses the pharmacological development of Aloe in recent years. The content mainly focuses the effects of Aloe on the nervous system; the trauma and healing process; the antibacterial reaction; the hydration of skin; the potential side effects; the immunity system; the intestinal transmission process; the anticancer reaction; the antioxidant reaction; the anti-diabetic reaction; the hepatoprotective function; the fats burning and body slimming effect and the anti-radiation effect. This paper aims at providing valuable references for the future pharmacological research on Aloe.
