在新一轮课程改革和教师自身发展的需求下，农村小学教师迫切需要专家的有效引领，让教师更加明确教学改革的方向，更新教师的教育观念，拓宽教师的教育视野，改变教师的教学行为，从而推动课程改革的进程。在专家课堂指导中，现场指导、学科专题讲座、沙龙座谈、教学示范等都是有效的途径，农村小学应充分利用专家资源，有效提高课堂教学质量。Under the needs of new curriculum reform and teachers’ own development, teachers in rural primary school have an urgent desire to be led by the college experts, which could update their education concepts, broaden their teaching horizons and change their teaching behavior, thus propel the curriculum reform forward. The classroom instruction, discipline seminar, teaching demonstration by the college expects and so on will be effective methods. The rural primary school should make the fullest use of expert resource, thereby to improve the classroom teaching quality.
