外资银行自进入我国以来，其发展步伐不断加快。2008年金融危机的爆发虽给外资银行的发展带来了深远的影响，但是在2012年，为进一步拓展中国内地市场，各大跨国银行仍大幅增资，这不仅显示了母国银行对中国市场的重视，同时也预示着中国银行业的竞争将更加激烈。本文通过系统的分析不同时间节点上外资银行经营策略的变化，从而总结规律、预测趋势。结果表明外资银行在华的经营策略是一个不断演变的动态过程，其会根据不同的经济政策做出不同的应对措施。这些措施为外资银行在中国的发展赢得了新的机遇，也给中资银行以深刻的启示。只有充分了解对方的背景和发展特点，才能和外资金融机构在中国的金融市场上共谋发展。
Since its establishment in China, Foreign banks have been witnessed a rapid development. Although the financial crisis in 2008 has brought a significant influence on the progress of foreign banks in China, in 2012, to further expand the Chinese mainland market, foreign banks continue to increase their investments, which indicates their great interests as well as confidence on Chinese market, and also a more competitive future in Chinese banking industry. This study focuses on those concrete operating policies of foreign banks at different times in order to find the laws and trends. The results show that the operating strategies of foreign banks are concrete and dynamic, under which foreign banks are greatly influenced and maketheir policies. The dynamic and concrete polices of foreign banks bringthemselves lots of new opportunities, and they also bring some inspirations to Chinese banks on operation. Only to know the features of foreign banks’ policies, can our Chinese banks embrace a brighter future.
