    摘要: 基于学习型组织理论,通过团队教学模式提高高等职业药物制剂专业学生实践能力。我院在药物制剂技术专业综合实训中采用了团队教学模式,以药物制剂所涉及的职业岗位为依据,通过组建教师、学生项目团队,师生岗位角色定位,构建课程教学内容及教学模式,建立绩效评测机制,调动了“教”与“学”两方面的积极性,提升了学生的职业能力,提高了教师的业务水平,达到学生校内职业化体验和顺利就业的目标。 Based on the theory of learning organization, and to improve higheroccupation pharmaceutical preparation students practical ability by means of team teaching mode, we used team teaching mode in pharmaceutical preparation of our college, based on the jobs involved in pharmaceutical preparations, and through established the project team of the teachers and the students, orientated the teachers and students’ post role, constructed teaching content and mode, established performance-based incentives, mobilized the enthusiasm of “teaching” and “learning” in two aspects. The professional ability of students was promoted; teachers’ professional level was improved. The target of students occupation experience and employment was achieved.
