    摘要: 城乡结合部是大中城市发展、蔓延的主要地区以及城乡争夺的核心地域,土地利用问题最活跃、最复杂,因此针对城乡结合部开展土地集约利用评价具有很强的现实意义。本研究研究了城乡结合部的特点,基于“问题导向”和“目标导向”提出土地集约利用评价的总体研究思路,从中观和微观两个层面上设计了一套适合城乡结合部土地集约利用评价的指标体系,并探讨了评价的技术方法。该研究成果对于开展城乡结合部土地集约利用评价具有重要作用和实践指导价值。 Urban fringe area is the major area for development and spread of the big and medium-sized city, and is the core area that the urban and rural areas contend for, whose land-utilization problem is the most active and complex, so there is a great practical significance to carry out the evaluation of urban fringe land intensive use. The research studies on the features of the urban fringe, puts forward the overall evaluation of land intensive use based on the “problem-oriented” and “goal-oriented” research ideas, designs a indicator system for the evaluation of land intensive use suitable for urban fringe area, and discusses the technical methods of the evaluation. The research carried out for the evaluation of the urban fringe land intensive use has an important role and practical guidance value.
