    摘要: 本研究的目的是考察新生代农民工幸福感的影响因素。以175名新生代农民工为研究对象,采用综合幸福问卷和自编影响因素问卷,考察了新生代农民工幸福感的现状及影响因素。结果发现:1) 新生代农民工幸福感的水平不高;2) 性别、年龄、婚姻状况、收入对新生代农民工幸福感影响显著;3) 认为自己是否是农民以及想不想改变农民身份对新生代农民工的幸福感均存在显著影响。To investigate impact factors of the new generation of migrant workers’ well-being, 175 migrant workers were surveyed by multiple happiness questionnaire (MHQ) and self-developed ques-tionnaire of impact factors to investigate the status of well-being and impact factors. The results showed that: 1) the level of the new generation of migrant workers’ well-being is not high; 2) the demographic variables such as gender, age, marriage, and income have influenced the new gener-ation of migrant workers’ well-being significantly; 3) both the identity of farmer and the willingness to change farmer identity have influenced the new generation of migrant workers’ well- being significantly.
