为获得笼型转子异步磁力耦合器(Asynchronous Magnetic Coupling, AMC)工作时的内部温升,基于AMC运行机理建立数理模型,通过变分原理计算出AMC温度场的理论值,并利用Ansoft及ANSYS Workbench联合仿真计算出AMC温度场的有限元值,并最终通过实验测出AMC的实际温度。结果表明:AMC理论计算及有限元分析结果与实测值相当,证明了所建AMC理论模型的正确性。In order to obtain the internal temperature rise of Asynchronous Magnetic Coupling (AMC) in working, the mathematical model is established based on the operational mechanism of AMC. The theoretical value of the temperature field of AMC is calculated by the variational principle and the finite element value of the temperature field is calculated by simulation of Ansoft and ANSYS Workbench. Finally, the actual temperature is measured by the experiment. The results show that the theoretical calculation and the finite element analysis result are as equivalent as those of measured value, proving the validity of the established AMC theoretical model.
