    摘要: 科研管理信息化是科研院所信息化建设的重要组成部分。针对当前科研项目管理工作中科研项目来源范围广、类型多、涉及人员成分复杂、考核标准多样、信息安全性要求高、管理需求变化快等特点,采用ExtJS与SSI技术开发基于B/S模式的科研项目管理信息系统,可快捷地集成多类型信息,为科技管理提供高效的技术平台。系统在海洋一所部署运行后,具有较强的安全性、可扩展性、易用性和互动性,用户体验良好。Management informationization for scientific research is an important part of informationalization construction of the institutes of scientific research. Currently, the scientific research management has a wide range of features, various types of scientific research projects, complex components, varied evaluation standards, high information security requirements and quick change of management needs. Aiming to quickly integrate various kinds of information and to provide an ef-ficient technology platform for science and technology management, the scientific research pro- jects management system based on B/S structure has been developed through ExtJS and SSI tech-nology. This system has been running quite well in The First Institute of Oceanography, SOA with high security, extendibility, usability and interactivity.
