目的：探讨铝造模阿尔茨海默病小鼠大脑神经损害后，海尔福口服液对其再生的治疗效果。方法：选用昆明种小白鼠48只，随机分为4组：正常组、模型组、治疗1组、治疗2组，每组12只。后3组用氯化铝和硝酸铝喂养3个月，复制铝染毒动物模型。染毒2个月后，治疗1组、治疗2组分别用大、小不同剂量的中药海尔福口服液灌胃治疗1个月，正常组和模型组用等体积的蒸馏水灌胃对照。测定实验前和试验后的血红蛋白(Hb)。实验结束后，分别测小鼠血清和脑匀浆的各项生化指标。并取部分大脑用10%甲醛溶液固定后，作病理检查，对比分析。结果：模型组脑匀浆乙酰胆碱酯酶(TchE)活性明显低于其他三组，(P Objective: To explore the curative effect of HaierFu liquid on Alzheimer’s disease by aluminum lead poisoned mice. Methods: 48 Kunming white mice were divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, treated group 1 and treated group 2. There were 12 rats in each group. Mice of the later three groups were fed with AlCl3 and Al(NO3)3 for three months to make aluminum lead poisoned mice model. After being poisoned two months, mice of treated group 1 and treated group 2 were poured with different dosages of Chinese medicine—HaierFu liquid for one month, and mice of normal group and model group were poured with equal pure water at the same time. Blood Hemoglobin (Hb) was determined before and after experiment, and biochemical indices of serum and brain tissue were determined at the end of experiment.
