带相变蓄热材料热管是一种新型的航天器用热管,它充分利用了相变材料的相变蓄热特性和热管优异的等温性,为航天器大功率短时工作单机或脉冲式工作单机的热控设计提供新思路。本文对这种新型热管建立了空间应用模型,并通过计算及试验对比,表明该热管具有良好的热控效果。Heat storage material combined with heat pipe is a new type of heat pipe used in spacecraft. Taking full advantage of heat storage characteristics of phase change material and the excellent transfer performance of heat pipe, it offers new ideas for spacecraft thermal control design on high-power and short-term operation equipment or intermittent work equipment. By modeling and contrasting the simulation and experiment results, the heat pipe with heat storage material has a good effect on temperature control.
