介绍了四苯基卟啉的结构和性质,从经典合成方法、反应溶剂和催化剂的改进、氧化剂的改进、加热方式的改进、规模化生产方法等方面综述了近年来四苯基卟啉的合成方法进展,并以苯甲醛和吡咯为主要反应物合成对四苯基卟啉的反应机理做了论述,对四苯基卟啉的合成方向进行了展望。
This review starts with a brief introduction on the structure and the properties of tetraphenyl-porphyrins. Improvement and development of the synthesis method for tetraphenylporphyrins in recent years are reviewed in terms of classical synthesis method, improvement of reaction solvents and catalysts, improvement of oxidant, improvement of heating method, and the development of the industrial synthesis method. The reaction mechanism of tetraphenylporphyrins by the multi-condensation of benzaldehyde and pyrrole is reviewed and discussed in detail. Finally, perspective of synthesis method for tetraphenylporphyrins is also discussed.
