本文采用CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO-CaF2基础渣系,以Li2O替代CaF2,进行铝镇静钢LF脱硫实验。研究结果表明:渣中CaF2经Li2O替代后,在1500℃时,CaO (55.8%)-Al2O3 (20%)-SiO2 (11.2%)-MgO (10%)-Li2O (3%)渣的粘度低于0.3 Pa∙s,渣的流动性能良好;温度1600℃、渣金比1:10时,该渣脱硫率77.14% (脱硫之前采用铝脱氧),钢水硫含量能降到0.008%。随着渣中Li2O含量的增加,脱硫率升高,最高可达80%。Desulfurization efficiency of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO-CaF2 slag for Al-killed steel was studied with Li2O replacing CaF2. Experimental results show that at 1500˚C, the viscosity of CaO (55.8%)-Al2O3 (20%)-SiO2 (11.2%)-MgO (10%)-Li2O (3%) slag is lower than 0.3 Pa∙s, having good flow properties; at 1600˚C, under the condition of slag-metal ratio of 1:10, desulfurization rate of the slag can reach 77.14%, and sulfur content in steel decreases to 0.008%. Desulfurization rate can even reach to 80% with Li2O content increasing in slag after composition optimization.
