螺纹检测是现代化工业检测范围内的一个重要组成部分,是保证产品质量的关键。本文设计了一套用智能化检测系统去检测小螺距螺纹参数的方法。与常规的检测方式相比,该系统具有快速、准确、非接触式的优点。文章还介绍了检测螺纹参数的数据采集与处理的具体方法,并通过试验证明该方法的可行性。Thread detection is an important part of the modern industrial within the scope of detection, and the key to ensure the product quality. This paper provides a kind of intelligent detection method that can realize non-contact measuring small pitch of thread parameters. Compared with the tra-dition method, it is faster, more accurate and non-contact. In addition, it proves that the designed method is simple feasible through the experiment.
