目的：建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定复方扶正柔肝颗粒中柯里拉京和丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：InertsiL® ODS-SP (5 μm, 4.6 × 250 mm)；流动相：乙腈-0.2%磷酸(梯度洗脱)；检测波长为210 nm；流速为1.0 mL/min；柱温35℃；进样量5 μL。结果：柯里拉京在0.061~0.510 μg的范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9997)，平均加样回收率为101.41% (RSD = 1.68%, n = 6)；丹酚酸B在0.504~4.203 μg的范围内(r = 0.9999)线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为103.30% (RSD = 1.11%, n = 6)。结论：本法灵敏、快速、准确，可用于复方扶正柔肝颗粒的质量控制。Objective: To establish a high liquid chromatography method of determinating Corilagin and Sal-vianolic acid B in Fu Zheng Rou Gan. Method: Chromatographic column: InertsiL® ODS-SP (5 microns, 4.6 × 250 mm). The mobile phaseis is acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (gradient elution) with detection wavelength 210 nm; the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature is 35˚C and the inject volume is 5 μL. Result: In the range of 0.061 - 0.510 μg, the linear relationship of Corilagin is good (r = 0.9997), and the average sample recovery rate is 101.41% (RSD = 1.68%, n = 6). In the range of 0.504 - 4.203μg, the linear relationship of Salvianolic acid B is also good (r = 0.9999), and the average sample recovery rate is 103.30% (RSD = 1.11%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and can be used for quality control of this granule.
