根据气体激光器平–凹共振腔内,激光束类似高斯曲线分布的形状,经过精确的计算,采用创新工艺技术制造出来的玻璃放电管。用这种放电管生产出来的CO2、He-Ne、He-Cd激光器,都获得了TEMoo模。
According to the gas laser with a plane concave cavity, laser beam distribution is similar to a Gaussian curve shape, through precise calculation by special technology and manufacture of glass discharge tube. The discharge tube production of CO2, He-Ne, He-Cd laser won the TEMoo mode.
