反应抑制的缺陷被认为是注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD)的核心缺陷，而Stroop测验是对个体反应抑制的能力进行评估的常用工具。本文综述了Stroop测验在ADHD评估中的应用、评估的结论、存在的争议等。本论文指出：ADHD中Stroop效应的研究主要采用传统的Stroop测验以及Golden Stroop测验两种工具，Stroop测验的版本不同、Stroop测验计分方法的差异可能是造成研究结论不一致的原因。随着Stroop效应在ADHD群体中研究的不断深入，在Stroop测验作为诊断ADHD工具的有效性，以及Stroop效应能否反应ADHD的抑制缺陷的问题上引发了一定争议。本文建议未来Stroop测验可与其它测验的综合使用以互相印证，另外也要加强ADHD诸子类型Stroop效应的研究。
In recent years, the deficits in interference control have been proposed as the core symptom for many developmental disorders, such as the Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and the Stroop tests were the most widely used tools in the assessment of interference control. This paper summarized the related findings in ADHD and Stroop effect research by literature study. It summarized that: the research re- sults are inconsistent across researches. The different edition of Stroop test tools, the different method of the interference calculating may account for the controversial conclusions. By now, there were still big argu- ments of whether the Stroop test can be taken as a tool to distinguish ADHD from Normal Group and whether Stroop effect can reflect the inhibition deficit in ADHD. It suggested that the using of multiple tool and the research on ADHD’s subtypes were recommended and stressed.
