    摘要: 淮河支流沙颍河上闸坝众多,枯水期闸内聚集了大量污水,如果调度不当,易造成淮河干流污染事件发生,且闸坝群之间的不合理调度易造成资源的浪费。常规防污调度是淮河流域水资源保护局长期以来的工作经验总结,近10年来减少和避免了水污染事故的发生,取得了相当好的效果。本文以淮河支流沙颍河为研究对象,分析具有操作简单且适应性较强的常规防污调度方法。对2012年现状年的模拟结果表明:常规防污调度具有分级优化和经济调度思想,为淮河流域闸坝群多目标联合调度提供了指导和参考价值。 There are many sluice gates and dams in ShayingRiver, which is a tributary ofHuaiRiver. There is much sewage gathered between the dams during the dry season, which may lead to the pollution of the main stream of theHuaiRiver. The unreasonable scheduling between sluice gate can easy cause the waste of resources. Conventional antifouling scheduling made quite a good effect on reducing and avoiding the water pollution accidents in recent 10 years. This article analyses the conventional antifouling scheduling which contains grading optimization and economic operation ideas in theShayingRiver. The simulation results indicate that the system has good performance in operation and adaptability, and provides guidance and reference value for joint reservoir operation of theHuaiRiver.
