目前国内对心理求助行为的研究仍处于初级探索阶段。以往对心理求助行为的研究多侧重于社会文化因素对其的影响，而从个体心理层面的研究较少，并且有待建立理论模型去解释该行为。本文首先阐述心理求助行为的概念及一般求助倾向，重点介绍关于情绪处理能力、治疗恐惧、心理求助态度、自我隐藏及自我效能感这五个个体心理因素对心理求助行为影响的研究成果。最后介绍江光荣(2004)的阶段–决策模型，并探讨心理求助行为今后的研究方向。
Current researches on psychological help-seeking behaviour are still at an early stage of exploration in our country. Previous studies on psychological help-seeking behaviour mainly focused on the socio-cultural factors but few articles pay attention to individual psychological factors. And it needs to build models to explain this behaviour. This paper firstly expounds the concept of psychological help-seeking behavior and the general tendency to seek help, especially the following individual factors that influence help-seeking—emotional competence, treatment fearfulness, attitude towards seeking professional help, self-concealment and self-efficacy. Finally, the paper describes the Phases-Decision-Making Model (PDM) developed by Jiang Guangrong (2004). Future research directions are also discussed in this paper.
