    摘要: 聚乙烯胺(简称PVAm)是含有胺基的多功能聚合物,其功能胺基使得聚乙烯胺能进行一系列的氨基特征反应。在本论文研究中,以金属化合物Pd(OAc)2作为催化剂催化聚氯乙烯(PVC)在氨气条件下一步法胺化生成聚乙烯胺;生成的产物聚乙烯胺通过红外和核磁共振法来进行结构检测,并用电导滴定法来测定聚乙烯胺的胺化度。试验结果表明,在40℃温度时,聚氯乙烯与氨气可在Pd(OAc)2催化下反应4.5h即可得到46.5%的产率和78.5%的胺化度。 Polyvinylamine (PVAm) is a kind of attractive multi-purpose polymer with amino groups which provide a series of exceptional potential reactivities. In this work, metallic compound Pd(OAc)2 catalyzed the synthesis of polyvinylamine by one-step method, with PVC as raw material and NH3 as aminating agent. Structure of the target product PVAm·HCl was characterized by FT-IR and NMR and amination degree of polyvinylamine was determined by electro- conductivity titration. The yield and amination degree of the product over Pd(OAc)2 reached 46.5% and 78.5%, respectively, at 40˚C, 4.5 h.
