随着纳米技术和超声分子成像技术的迅速发展,一种新型造影剂——液态氟碳超声造影剂应运而生。不同包膜材料的液态氟碳超声造影剂分别表现出不同的性质。本文就氟碳类超声造影剂的背景、材料、应用现状及展望等方面做一综述。
With the advancement of nanotechnology and ultrasound molecule imaging, a novel contrast agent has be- come a new research approach. Liquid perfluorocarbons coated with different materials as ultrasound contrast agents exhibit different characteristics. This article reviews the background, application and prospect of perfluorocarbon nanoparticle.
