    摘要: 微生物在湿地生态系统中扮演着重要的角色,DNA测序技术是研究微生物的重要工具之一。近几年来高通量测序技术的迅速发展,为更加精细地研究湿地生态系统的微生物信息提供了可能性。本文比较了高通量测序技术与其他测序技术之间差异,阐述了该技术在微生物群落结构及其多样性、功能菌群与生态系统功能关系,以及宏基因组学方面的应用,进一步分析了湿地微生物的空间异质性成因,对高通量测序技术的发展方向进行了展望。 Microbes play an important role in the wetland ecosystem, and DNA sequencing technology is one of the important tools to study microbes. Recently, the booming development of high-throughput sequencing technologies has made it possible for us to research more accurately about microor-ganisms in wetland ecosystem. In this review, the difference between high-throughput sequencing and other sequencing technologies is described. The applications of high-throughput sequencing in microbial community structures and diversities, functional bacteria and ecosystem functions, metagenomics are elaborated. Furthermore, the spatial heterogeneity of microorganism is also revealed. Finally, we prospect the development direction of this technology in the future.
